• Sourcing and booking the ideal location for the wedding venue and reception

• Sourcing the ideal location for the civil and/or religious ceremony

• Arrangement of reception menu & place name settings

• Booking of Town Hall and or Church and confirmation of same
  Documents and legal paperwork MUST be collated and
  completed directly by client

• Organisation of interpreter and legal documentation for civil and
  Religious ceremonies

• Assistance in booking accommodation for wedding period for Bride and Groom (min 3 days stay recommended in wedding location)

• Onsite coordinator for wedding day or as required and fully documented wedding itinerary

• Transfers for Bride and Groom

• Hairdressers / Makeup Bride

• Bouquet / Button Hole

• Chauffeur Car for Bride and Groom

• Music at Ceremony (Choir, Organist, Soloist)
